 In order to observe the effect of Positive/Negative ECP device (model WFB-V) applied in Hemodynamic, 9 cases (test group) who received ECP treatment were studied through catheter method on Hemodynamic monitoring, thereof 5 cases are male, and 4 cases are female, age 50±11.0. They were judged 3 cases sinus bradycardia, 3 cases sick sinus, 2 cases coronary heart disease, 1 case palpitations. There were 14 cases in control group (applied positive type ECP device), thereof 7 cases are male, and 7 cases are female, age 52.4±13.2, they were judged 3 cases sinus bradycardia, 5 cases sick sinus, 2 cases coronary heart disease, 4 case others. Both 2 groups applied aortic root catheter pressure and dish - C z right cardiac catheterization pressure. ECP treated 1 hour, monitoring the parameters changes before, during and after ECP treatment. Statistical processed and comparison. The following tables are the parameters comparison between two types ECP devices treatment.

     Through the table 1-8, you can see the effect from the 9 cases applied Huanan brand positive/negative ECP device (model WFB-V): 1The decrease of the aortic systolic pressure is more obvious in positive/negative type than that in positive type(mean decrease value reached 25.6nanltg). and decrease after stop ECP is still more than in positive type(9.77mmHg);  2The level of aortic regurgitation pressure, its increment is a little lower than in positive type, but its aortic mean pressure is significant decrease after stop ECP than before ECP. 3 the unique and outstanding feature is the positive/negative type ECP all can decreased aortic diastolic pressure during ECP or after ECP, but the positive type increased on the contrary; 4two type ECP are similar in pulmonary artery systolic pressure, pulmonary capillary pressure and central venous pressure, but the positive/negative type decreased obviously in pulmonary artery systolic pressure, pulmonary capillary pressure and central venous pressure after stop ECP treatment. All above 4 points indicate that positive/negative type ECP device can decrease heart load during treatment and improved the heart function significantly.
